Established in 2004, Cannon Whitetails is a small, family ran operation. Our early years were a bit of trial and error but once we began to focus on a particular doe line that was producing well for us and added a new breeder buck we called Sweet Tea to our herd, we really began to see improvements in our production. We primarily live bred to bucks produced in our pens for the next several years and were able to produce multiple 300"+ deer with these efforts. In 2016 we began construction on our deer handling facility that would allow us to more efficiently work our deer and Artificially Inseminate our does on site. We have now switched our focus away from total inches and are breeding for 1) Width and/or 2) Typical Frames. We are proud to say that every fawn born here in 2019 is sired by a 30"+ buck.
